This peacock was seen in Jardins do Palácio de Cristal in Porto, Portugal last summer. We often saw peacocks when we visited the park, but this was the only time I remember seeing one of the male birds displaying its magnificent plumage like this.
Taken a little over a year ago when we were in Madrid, Spain for a few days and nights. By this time of night the streets were pretty quiet. This seemed like a good image to turn to monochrome.
This amazing flowering tree was seen during one of our trips to San Jose, Costa Rica, and believe it or not this was taken in November even though it looks like a spring flower capture.
