We took a train, called the Odakyu Romance Car, from Shinjuku Station in Tokyo, Japan to Hakone in October 2019. This photo was taken while we were waiting for our train - it is of a train departing the station, and through it you can see a large graphic depicting a couple of the many Romance Car trains that have made this same journey. The graphic is much longer than what you can see through the departing train’s windows and shows a timeline of the trains from 1957 to the present and contains ten Romance Cars in total.
This wonderful stormy day on the Oregon coast was processed in the spirit of Sliders Sunday. That is the Yaquina Head Lighthouse in Newport, Oregon.
This is the Serpentine Bridge which is the boundary between Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens and also the boundary between the Serpentine and the Long Water in London, England. While I was processing this I noticed that each of the poles had a seagull on it. I do not remember if I noticed that when I took the photo. I like to think that the seagulls were watching me take photos in the area and decided to line up for this shot.
